DriveRight installation may require some or all of the following tools and

materials. Please review the installation instructions and make sure you have all

necessary tools before proceeding with the installation.

Additional tools may be required depending on your specific installation.

❏ Drill and drill bits:

• 7/64” or 2.5mm (pilot hole for #6 self-tapping screws)

• 3/16” or 5mm (pilot hole for 1/4” self-tapping screws)

• 5/16” or 8mm (clearance hole 1/4” bolts)

❏ Multimeter and/or test light

❏ Hacksaw

❏ Adjustable wrenches

❏ Vise

❏ Metal forming tools

❏ Crimp tools

❏ Wire cutter

❏ Wire stripper

❏ Various screwdrivers

❏ Pliers

DriveRight Heavy Duty installation also requires one of the following tension tools

available from Davis Instruments or an equivalent tension tool. See “Supplement

for DriveRight HD” on page 20.
